We want you to love your tea experience, but in the rare case that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.


No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (handcrafted, consumable teas), we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.


Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • A short description of the issue

Email us at contact@theteaateliier.com and we’ll assess and arrange for an exchange if the claim is valid.
