Delivery Timeframe

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Once dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We currently ship Pan India only.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Final cost depends on order size, weight, and delivery destination.

Exchange for Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@theteaateliier.com . Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the case and arrange for an exchange, subject to verification. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
