  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery is estimated within 5–7 business days post dispatch.

  • We currently ship across India only.

7. Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If your product is damaged or defective, email us at contact@theteaateliier.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos/videos showing the issue

    • Brief description of the issue

  • Exchanges will be offered at our discretion for valid claims. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

8. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in INR. We reserve the right to modify product pricing and availability at any time. If a product is listed incorrectly due to technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
